Hey, where's Nick?


Wow!! I can't believe how fast this week went. Let's see today is Thursday and we are starting the tour on Friday, leaving my dad's shop, Totally Auto at 9 p.m. I have been looking forward to this since my dad told me I could go last September after my birthday.
My dad has done a lot to his car to get it ready for this tour. Lets just say it FLYS!!! A few days ago I got my first ride in the car after he fixed it up for the tour. It was a back road but there wasn't a lot of room to really open the car up, so I'm excited to see what the car can really do on an open road.
I enjoy seeing all of the cars but my favorite part of all car trips is the racing and in this car I'm sure it will be great.
The count down is on for this years power tour. Now, I have to go and finish packing for this trip but there are some people that I would like to thank.
Today in school I got a packet of work to do while I am away. I would like to say thank you to all of my teachers Mrs. Dyal, Ms. Flynn, Mr. Floch, Dr. Spivak, and Mrs. McMinn for getting all of my work ready for the trip so that I am able to go.
I would also like to give a big thank you to my principal Mr. Lecker for letting me go on the trip.
And, I want to thank my Mom for letting me go and my little sister J, for understanding.
I will miss all of my friends but will see them when I return to school. Now I have to go and finish all of my packing for this wonderful fun trip that is just days away.
